SULLIVAN LANDSCAPE & STONE
OUR HISTORY, APPROACH & CREW
SULLIVAN LANDSCAPE & STONE WAS BORN FROM A RETURN TO ROOTS — LITERALLY.
After years in the tech industry, founder James Sullivan chose to leave the screen behind and reconnect with the land. What started as a side business in real estate blossomed into a full-circle return to his lifelong passion for landscape construction and design. With a degree in Plant & Soil Science from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture at UMass Amherst, Jim’s love of nature and artistry with stonework now defines the business.
What began with routine maintenance accounts has grown into full-scale landscape transformations — walkways, patios, retaining walls, raised beds, lighting, and more — all shaped with respect for the land and a client-first approach.
Today, Sullivan Landscape & Stone continues to thrive on the North Shore, combining timeless craftsmanship with personal, thoughtful service.
